Incredible especially taking 2000 price under considerationAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08915210833166601852noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-85431200264080671.post-79861685212295628952013-05-03T00:59:08.102-07:002013-05-03T00:59:08.102-07:00@Armand

Result: front wheel rim has only 22,54mm at wheel's weight 810g. (rear rim width is OK - 22,96mm).
Rear wheel was unbalanced and I found out why - I pulled out 2g of plastic foli from rim. (I made foto of it.) Now, the wheel is balanced.
By the way the weight of quick release: front 62g, rear 66g
Driving properties are good however the technical specificatoin are incorrect on the wheels I bought. On this price category "race wheels" I expected more accuracy fabrication.kuzyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07411110543814696795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-85431200264080671.post-51184127835362515532013-05-02T18:18:21.824-07:002013-05-02T18:18:21.824-07:00@kuzy, wow! the weight discrepancy here just blew ...@kuzy, wow! the weight discrepancy here just blew me away. even if you take out the tape, they would still weigh around 1750g. This is weird. But This will be interesting since Shimano will be coming up with a new Ultegra level 11 speed compatible hub.

Historically, the RS80s are good value since the only drawback compared to DA is a couple of grams on the hubs.

Hmmm... i'll have to check where I can steal a GoPro :) Roadiemanilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09698638974665575402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-85431200264080671.post-78402591194457418992013-04-08T21:31:41.682-07:002013-04-08T21:31:41.682-07:00Nice post! If you have access to a GoPro camera, can you post a video similar to the one in the post below?

http://eatsleeptrainsmart.blogspot.com/2013/02/are-your-stiff-wheels-actually-stiff.html

Also, have you tried the Ultegra version of this wheelset yet? I can't find any info about the RS80 C50 on the web, but if it has the same D2 rim profile, I'll probably go for the Ultegra instead.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13159155611556811803noreply@blogger.com
